Amy M. Rademaker

I hired Amy over 3 years ago to help me with a settlement from my ex that was written in our divorce decree 20 years ago. Amy was very knowledgeable about how the divorce document SHOULD have been written, and told me I was pretty much taken advantage of. She fought for me, and wouldn't accept NO ...for an answer. This went on for two years, and I finally got my settlement a year ago. I feel she is very fair financially, and she waited to get paid when I got my settlement, which I did get finally, on MY terms! I'm shocked at the negative comments here about Amy.

I felt the need to post in that the other 2 reviews do not remotely reflect my experience with Amy Rademacher. I thought Amy's rate was extremely fair and well below what other attorneys would have charged. her advice was solid and reasonable and focused on my needs. She was clearly familiar wit...h and respected by the Circuit court judges and prosecutors which makes all the difference in terms of negotiations and pleas. I would not hesitate to hire her again and strongly recommend her.
