I was going back and forth on who to choose for a DWI case (with other misdemeanors) and am very pleased that I chose John. Not only did he represent me professionally, but he is also very friendly and personable. He made me feel like he genuinely cared about my well being. John lives up to the bad taste that lawyers can leave in your mouth. We agreed on a price and payment plan and all he wanted was more, more, more. He eventually dropped the case because we wouldn't cough up more money. He was knowledgeable with the case, but just would not work with us. If you have a... lot of money and can pay the $5,000 or $10,000 fee in cash up front, then by all means sign a contract with him and he will represent you well. We should have just did this because we ended up settling for a court appointed attorney who didn't know jack about the law. The appointed attorney made the judge mad and he changed his mind and gave jail time. Thanks a lot!!!

I hired John to handle my divorce. He did a poor job and charged me a lot of money. The case dragged on for a long time and I think he was pushed around by the other attorney. He was not an effective advocate for me. I think the same result could have been obtained for less money by a better attorney....
