One Of A Kind

I was referred to Troy's office and was impressed from the onset with Kim who initially contacted me. In my experience, an attorney uses the initial phone consult to ascertain as quickly as possible if potential exists to get someone on retainer. The conversation is short and any meaningful advice is... withheld until the meter is running. That was not the case with Troy. He spoke with me at length on two different occasions. He really listened. And he genuinely cared. I actually tried to end the conversation the first call out of respect for his time. But, he continued because he wanted me to consider a few more things. Both conversations ended with some advice for the next steps for me to take. And we decided moving forward to engage his services now was not in my best interest. I've never been so impressed with an attorney I actually didn't hire! I'm sure his approach pays big dividends in the long run. He will be my first phone call in the future if needed. And I will recommend him to anyone I know needing help with ERISA, benefits, or disability issues.

Mr Troy Haney is an excellent attorney!

The Haney Law Firm represented me on two separate long term disability claims.  Troy and his staff were terrific and I enthusiastically recommend them to anyone in need of representing for a long term disability claim.

Mr Troy Haney is an excellent attorney! Very professional, with tremendous negotiation skills and a A + team!

He took on my case after many refusal of others experienced attorneys. I can be a difficult person to deal with because I am very detailed oriented and like to surround myself with efficient yet respectuous and compassionate individuals. He took the time to study my risky and difficult disability ca...se under ERISA laws with no guaranty of success and explaining in details the flaws and the strengths of the case. He is fast, witty and very responsive. We communicated 90% by emails because I was out of the country and in a different time zone during the events. All my emails received a very quick response (same days to few days). He took all necessary actions to go on trial against a very powerful corporation with more than 8000 stores all over USA. After intense negotiations, he settle my case out of court with a very good outcome. I was reinstated on the company disability Plan with past due benefits! I fought with this company on my own for 3 and 1/2 years and went nowhere. All my appeals without Troy were denied. When Attorney Troy Haney accepted my case, he took only few months to achieve a complete reinstatement of my disability and past due benefits. Mr. Troy Haney is very knowledgeable of the ERISA laws and I know now, will fight, with all he got, for all employees with private disability plan who were wrongfully denied. After success, he still work for you to prevent any more difficulties. I am proud to call him my attorney. From the bottom of my heart, I will never thank Troy and Kim, his assistant, enough for all their hard and efficient work!
