Michael Anthony Spencer

The first two years of our our Ch. 13 bankruptcy were managed by another attorney (before having switched to Michael). Our previous representation often left us frustrated and unsure of the process. For many reasons, we decided to consult with other attorneys and I did extensive research to find some...one reputable. I spoke with many and decided on Michael Spencer. Michael reviewed our case history in GREAT detail and answered questions we were unable to get from our first attorney. Michael presented us with several options and included the pro's and potential con's of each. Although our 1st attn recommended a Ch.7, Michael STRONGLY advised against it because we had more home equity than the law allows us to protect and could lose our home! He is extremely detail oriented and knowledgeable of the law which I appreciate because he identified (and corrected) aspects of our case that had been mishandled by our previous attorney. Michael was able to rearrange our Ch. 13 plan so we were could pay it off and get an early discharge (nearly 3 yrs early)! We appreciate Michael for his honesty and how well informed he kept us.
