I hired Joel in January 2001 because of my DUI arrest in December of 2000. Joel immediately took charge and had it listed as a 1st offense with no jail time (even though I had a DUI in 1997). This was good because 3 months later I got another DUI. He got this one down to a misdemeanor also with n...o jail time. I hired him again this year to try to get my license reinstated.
