20000 dollars and over a year later my divorce is still not final. my ex and myself have signed agreements about money, house, and property and all thats left is to sign the divorce papers and the proceedings have completely stopped. we both want to sign but jim wont return my calls or emails. im ...afraid to call or contact for fear i will owe more money ,when its all done with the exception of two signatures. all i can say is that i am horribly dissapointed and would like to move forward with my life but i cant. my ex husband got the house but i cant buy a new house until he takes my name off of my old house that i havent seen in 15 months. I cant be taken off the old mortgage till the divorce papers are signed. dont pay this layer till all papers are signed and finalized. or you will be in limbo for a long time.
