I will say that oftentimes judge’s dockets are busy and because of mandatory ...legal wait times, your case can’t be resolved right away. However, Attorney Shimmell will continue to work on your case and push to get it resolved in a timely manner. He is professional and abides by the legal ethical codes and therefore will not advise the opposing party.
