Mr Ben Mills, in our opinion was the worst communicator, and concerned attorney for us! It took 4 years and our pressure for him to motivate himself to fulfill his obligation in our auto accident claim! He wanted to rush settlements, and never gave us sound advice. Lucky for us a friend attorney step...ped in to assist us with free insight into the laws, and our options! Never in a million years would we recommend Ben Mills, and our his law firm..Hard to believe their firm is a prestigious one in West MI, however, his father is a Founder of the Firm. On another point, his client relationship form that we ignorantly signed, was worded that if we didn't take what he thought was a fair settlement in his opinion, that he would release our case. If it were not for our Lawyer friend we would have been forced to settle for much less then we did! Mills would not resign our relationship, because he new he was on the hook for liability..
