Robert German’s firm was paid for him to perform a Service that has not been rendered. He and I did have a discussion (after the payment) some time ago (years), he told me as-soon-as/once the relevant law was revised/changed by the legislator and signed by the governor (signed on 12Oct2020) that he ...would perform the service. Recently, I have asked if any additional information is needed and to be given a timeline for completion. In this regard beginning on 17Oct2020, I have left messages with the receptionist, in/on his voice mail, the firm’s general voice mail box, sent emails to him and another attorney at his firm (his wife). I have not received a response. In my message via the receptionist, I have asked for my money to be returned. To date, I have not received any amount or an invoice for services rendered. All that was needed was an acknowledgement and an idea of the timeline going forward. The “ghosting” (lack of response) by him and his firm is unprofessional and not acceptable to me.

Unresponsive. Allowed original subpoena to default. Never told me; found out when 2nd lawyer called me to ask me how this happened. Refused to send billing statement for 9 months. Stipulated to issues against my will. Reprimanded by judge for poor court room behavior. Did no discovery. Showed u...p with no witness list. Found a new lawyer. Refused to yield court documents. 2nd lawyer filed with Grievance Commission. I filed with Grievance Commission.

I, along with my boyfriend, was getting charged with illegal entry without permission, I asked Rob for help and he was right there, even though my court date was the following morning. He got me off the hook and made a deal that my boyfriend would just get time served for the misdemeanor. Everything... was over and done with not even a half hour after I plead not guilty, and I received my bond right then and there.
