Hiring an attorney to represent you is a decision that should be made carefully.  I know, I have had to hire lawyers for people.  Lawyers are a dime a dozen and that is why you need to hire a lawyer who knows how to deal with all aspects of a case.  When I represent a client, I treat the client as I would want to be treated by my lawyer.  I oftentimes get asked, "what would you do if you were the client?"  Some attorneys will not answer that question.  I have no problem telling my clients what I would do or how I would handle a situation.  The more information a client has about a case, the better decision he or she can make.

My wife and I met and married while at law school.  We opened our own law practice shortly after law school and have been practicing law together ever since.  We have two boys and our life revolves around our family.  I enjoy hunting and fishing.  We raise horses and love riding.  My wife shows horses and believes that there is something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a person.  I will gladly talk with you about your case and if I cannot help you I will refer you to someone who can.
