Knowledgeable in real estate law

Nick was referred to us concerning a complicated property tax foreclosure. He was knowledgeable in state & local government real estate law. We highly recommend him.

Great service expert knowledge

Me. Curcio was very helpful and efficient and was able to quickly and successfully resolve my case through the Ottawa county circuit courts. Great communication and was able to explain all the legal jargon plainly so I could understand of every step of the process with ease.

BEWARE

This is a pending case and further litigation is pending so I will be vague with the exact details. I just wanted anyone else thinking of hiring Mr. Curcio to be knowledgeable of how he operates. I contacted Mr. Curcio on a legal matter that was in the early stages. We had a lengthy consultation on t...he phone where I discussed ALL of the details of this case. He directed me to continue on my own for the time being and if it escalated to contact him back and he would take the case. At that time he instructed that a retainer wasn't necessary but would be if it escalated. He then gave me instructions on what to do going forward. Fast forward four months and it was determined that things with the case did escalate and I did need his services. I started to do some research on the court website to gather some documents that had been filed on the case and noticed the name of the opposing party attorney was NICK CURCIO. I covered every intimate detail upon his request on the phone consultation and yet here he is representing the other party. I called Mr. Curcio to ask him why and he acted like he didn't remember speaking or going over the details. We don't need attorneys that operate like this. He had the opportunity to withdraw from the case and has refused. This lack of morals needs to be addressed.

Thank you for sharing. I am sorry that you had a bad experience with the firm, and I'm sorry that I did not initially remember you when you called me last week. I hope you understand that zoning matters are a major part of my practice and that I speak with prospective clients about them regularly, often multiple times per week. Many of these consultations do not ultimately result in representations. Accordingly, my standard practice is to avoid discussing confidential information or giving legal advice during phone calls received from prospective clients. When I have a conversation that I deem to be particularly likely to result in representation, I take notes regarding the person's name, contact information, and a description of the issue discussed during the call, which I save digitally in my practice management software. I did not do this with respect to your phone call as I apparently did not think it was likely to result in representation. I do not have any record of your name or what we discussed in my system. After speaking with you last week, I now recall having a conversation with you regarding the matter that I am now handling for a party that you consider to be adverse, who was referred to me months after our call by a frequent referral source. In sum, I value professional integrity and understand the importance of maintaining trust in the legal profession. I appreciate your feedback as it helps me continue to improve my practice procedures.

Highly recommend !

I've used the Curcio Law Firm in a number of matters spanning a variety of legal areas. Curcio is by far my "go to" firm because they are easy to work with and provide excellent work at a reasonable price. I especially appreciate that the work is often done on an affordable fixed price basis.

Rural township wind ordinance

Very very thankful for his prompt services. I have felt all along this was a David vs. Goliath nightmare in our rural twp. Mr Curcio was thorough and knows the law well. He represented the many residents of Fremont Twp. well, when we didn’t know where to turn to next. His knowledge and kindness w...as so appreciated and we owe him a great deal of gratitude. We won this battle and hopefully we will win the “war”. Thank you again.
