Biography
I have been representing clients since 2001. I started out in a solo general practice emphasizing criminal and family law. I also spent a few years in medical malpractice defense of hospitals. I returned to a solo private practice gaining experience in most areas of law.
Of interest, individuals often seek my help in maintaining their independence where it is or could be at risk of being taken away, as for example with guardianship/conservatorship/rep payee status. I help clients who feel trapped, especially in nursing homes where I help them transition to their highest function outside the nursing home.
I also have a fun and rewarding practice representing clients in "Scanner Law" cases and creditor-debtor relations/collection cases with a goal to restore financial stability and good credit.
