Edward A. Newmyer

Hired Ed Newmyer to do our Trust in 2006. Husband died November 2016. First call I made was to Ed Newmyer for guidance. Left multiple messages over the next week or so - no response. He 'accidentally' answered his phone once with 'hello' (no formalities whatsoever), told him who I was, what I nee...ded and he said he was busy and would call back. That never happened so I resumed trying to contact him with no success. Last message I left was to 'please let me know if you are going to follow through with our Trust or are you just dumping me by the wayside?' If you guessed he was just dumping me you would be correct. I had to hire another law firm to do what needed to be done. I should send him that bill. So my advise is to keep looking if you need an estate attorney - don't stop here.

Mr. Newmyer has handled several cases for me and is very knowledgable in what he does. He keeps clients well informed every step of the way. He explains the "system" in such a way a layman can work through the maze. He is very diligent with research on the subjets involved including any law changes ...and /or case law on the subject. This makes the client feel as though they are actively involved ,and win or lose know they what happened and why . I will not hesitate to use Mr. Newmyer in the future and to continue to recommend him when given the oppertunity.

Ed is very personable. he is very careful and takes his time to explain what he is going to do and why it is the best thing to do , but gives you choices. He goes the extra mile and is extremely reliable. His rates are very reasonable. Most notable about Ed is his honesty and integrity. I would recom...mend him to anyone at anytime.
