Terry J. Nolan

Terry J Nolan is an experienced and accomplished trial attorney with over twenty years of trial experience.  He began his career as an intern for the Muskegon County Prosecutor's Office and he has been the founder and Managing Partner of Nolan & Nolan, PC and is currently the sole stockholder of Nolan Law Offices, PLLC.  He has dozens of felony Not Guilty verdicts and has had successful jury verdicts in six different counties and in each of the last four decades.  There are few practicing who can compete with his record of success.  He has been a member of the Michigan Bar Association and the Muskegon County Bar Association.  He has written two "fact-based" fictional novels and is in full recovery following struggles with substance abuse issues.  He is the President of the Muskegon Alano Club which oversees recovery meetings in Muskegon County.  He utilizes his experiences in both his professional and his personal life to assist clients.  His past law firms have helped clients recover millions in damages and his trial experience has freed dozens charges with serious felonies.  He is highly experienced in handling assalultive cases, drug cases, drunk driving cases, domestic violence cases and has helped many restore their driving privileges.  He is the past director of Moot Court at the Detroit College of Law, he has been the Chairman of Law Day in Muskegon, and he has spoken at high schools in the area.  He offers free consultations and is passionate about his practice and his clients.
