Janet Thomas and her staff were very unhelpful. They were unprofessional and uninformative. Janet and her staff did not inform me of necessity information, and the staff blamed me specifically for not knowing what I hadn't been told. If I knew all the laws, I wouldn't have needed to hire a lawyer. Hi...
