Total liar and sell out

David Marvin was my court appointed attorney and not only did he fail to inform me of plea bargains I had been offered he refused to file anything in my favor or to help in the defense of my case. He has completely sold out to St Joe county and straight lied to my face telling me he did not have the ...ability to file specific motions I had asked him to. When I told him he was full of crap he then spoke to me like I was beneath him and informed me he was the attorney and he was the only one edjucated and knew what he was talking about. I then explained to him that I was smart enough to look up the laws and what was right or wrong in my case and that I knew he was a complete liar. I then fired the a-hole. HE WORKS FOR THE COUNTY AND ONLY THE COUNTY! BEWARE!

Worst lawyer

David is a lawyer that does not even know the laws,. He won't return phone calls . I always had faith in court appointed lawyers. Now thanks to David I will pay to have a real lawyer if I need one again . Thanks for nothing David
