At this point I get the impression that he's like a scared puppy running away with his tail between his legs. My daughter was strangled to death by her boyfriend. He admitted he did it. But marvins is telling me best case scenario is second degree. 12-20. He could get as little as 3-6. I see no fight... in him whatsoever. Trial starts may 9th. It's not right that he gets to come back to a life as a free man. My daughter will still be dead. We are just livid over this news. I don't know how to be ok with this

David Marvin is not a man of the people, he is only looking out for himself. He is has low integrity, and only operates in a method that pads his ego and bottom line, destroying lives along the way. I feel sorry for others that have been prosecuted wrongfully due to him falling into the position by c...ircumstance.

David Marvin was my court appointed attorney and not only did he fail to inform me of plea bargains I had been offered he refused to file anything in my favor or to help in the defense of my case. He has completely sold out to St Joe county and straight lied to my face telling me he did not have the ...ability to file specific motions I had asked him to. When I told him he was full of crap he then spoke to me like I was beneath him and informed me he was the attorney and he was the only one edjucated and knew what he was talking about. I then explained to him that I was smart enough to look up the laws and what was right or wrong in my case and that I knew he was a complete liar. I then fired the a-hole. HE WORKS FOR THE COUNTY AND ONLY THE COUNTY! BEWARE!

This gentlemen here was a.total professional with me, even after having to deal with my obnoxious witnesses. He managed get me completely out of trouble by taking the prosecution to task over their lack of evidence and their blatently obvious attempt to have me put away just to make the county some c...ash. If you're in legal trouble.for.something you didn't do; call this man, he'll take good care of you.
