About Daniel
Biography
I graduated from Hope College and then worked as a mortgage banker for three years in Grand Rapids. I then pursued my goal of being a lawyer and graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in Indiana. After passing the Indiana State Bar, I practiced law just outside Chicago where I defended such clients as US Steel and Speedway. I also represented several redevelopment commissions throughout Northwest Indiana and my work incuded acquiring and developing large real estate projects and related work.
In 2002, I obtained my Michigan law license and moved back home to West Michigan. I continued my practice in civil litigation and then formed my Goeman Law Firm in 2010 so that I could focus on issues effecting families such as divorce and child custody, estate and medicaid planning, probate, real estate and related matters.
When I am not working to help other families, I enjoy spending time with my own family, including my two young boys who like to play golf and tennis, to camp and fish and hunt as much as their Dad.
