Biography
Jennifer DeYoung has practiced law since 1996 in Western Michigan and is a member of the State of Michigan Bar. Jennifer has broad experience in family law issues including divorce, parenting time and child support matters as well as adoptions, guardianship and conservatorships. She is also trained in the area of collaborative divorce which offers families an opportunity to resolve matters in a respectful, collaborative setting outside of court and focuses on the best interest of the children and family. Jennifer is also a trained mediator and offers mediation for family law matters. Jennifer is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court Western District and has practiced bankruptcy law in the Western District Court since 1998. Jennifer handles both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases as well as debt negotiation.
