Highly recommended attorney. We went through 3 different attorneys and all were unsuccesful. We took another chance with our extremely difficult immigration case to Mr James Betzold. He tackled it, head on and was successful. He is very knowledgeable, thourall, and up to date on all immigration laws.... He was easily accessible to us whenever we had a question. Staff was friendly and helpful. He was reasonably priced. Appointments were readily available. Any questions or concerns were answered within a timely matter. Staff including the attorney were very friendly and personable. Attorney went to immigration hearings with us. All applications were prepared and submitted promptly and with no errors. Mr. Betzold gave me accurate information as to my husbands case. He was forth coming and did not jump at the chance to take money from me right away. I need to wait 3 more years before I can re-apply for re-entry for my husband. I will be hiring Mr. Betzold when the time comes. I am very happy that ...he speaks Spanish and English.
