Can’t tell you enough how much we recommend Brett for a family law case (ours was a complex very unique alimony modification case). He listened to us, he put together an incredible motion and presentation of exhibits for court to the degree the out of his county judge was applauding him on it. He was... willing to go the extra mile if we thought it was needed for evidence. But most importantly he would talk to you and weigh the pros and cons of it. Some attorneys just shut you down. He listened. Wuanda that works with him I would give the same 5 stars, she’s great. Together they make a great team. He’s very good at what he does, and as a result we got very good results. And most importantly they actually care. It’s not just a retainer or billable hours they actually care about their clients and that’s rare to find these days. I would know he was our 3rd attorney to handle this and I guess 3 times a charm !

I hired Brett to help me with my son. It was about a district change for his schooling. He did go above and beyond what I ever expected of a lawyer! The work he put in was so extensive. I am a very emotional person so when I would cry about my situation he was always so understanding! First off, being able to speak to your attorney when you need them is key, and Brett made himself available as much as possible even during off times. I contacted Brett with a difficult case.
