Attorney Ryan Good holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism Concentration, from the University of Toledo, Ohio, and is a cum laude graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating in the top 20 percent of his class.
Ryan has successfully handled cases involving municipal zoning, divorce, and criminal defense. He saved one divorce client $45,000 that an ex-spouse was seeking. He successfully litigated a step-parent adoption for another client after a judge had previously ruled against the client twice. He also has represented defendants successfully in drunk driving cases. Ryan believes in zealous, thorough, and thoughtful representation of our clients.
Prior to practicing law, Ryan was an award-winning newspaper reporter and editor. Five times the Associated Press cited him specifically for his work; two of those awards were first-place prizes for investigative reporting and headline writing, respectively. At one time Ryan could call himself one of the best investigative reporters in Ohio, as well as one of the best headline writers. He carries that experience as a professional writer with him in his representation of our clients, skillfully drafting briefs and motions on our clients’ behalf; his skill and expertise with the written word is unique to the local bar.
In his time away from his work, Ryan is a member of the Hesperia Community Schools Board of Education, where he currently serves as Board Vice President; he is a former Assistant Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 1133 in Hesperia and elementary basketball and little league baseball coach; he serves as a Lector at St. Michael Catholic Church in Brunswick; he is Secretary/Treasurer of the Hesperia Area Chamber of Commerce; and is a member of the Knights of Columbus, Marian Council 3111 out of Fremont.
Ryan and his wife have three children.

Client
We hired Ryan to help wit a PPO that placed against my husband. We were treated with respect and he is very efficient. He told us our options and what the possible outcomes would be. He maintained communication with us and worked hard and the issue was resolved. Ryan has great negotiating skills.

Ryan is an effective family matter lawyer. Ryan greatly increased my confidence by drafting a very bold response and counter motion. During our hearing, Ryan was able to find niches during dialog to grab on to and expand in greater detail. Doing so helped deliver a more favorable and equal outcome. R...
