OUTCOME: Defeated government employer’s summary judgment motion in a promotion case, settled case for a six figure sum, and long time mayor was ousted in the next election later that same year.

Represented 3 police sergeants in a Due Process action under Section 1983 against City of Rehoboth Beach, its mayor, and its police chief. OUTCOME: Won the Trial Verdict for a former employee in a breach of contract case.

Defended an accountant in a suit by his long-time employer who failed to deduct and remit to the IRS his social security and Medicare taxes for five years and sued him after it had to pay the IRS on h ... is behalf. Judgment was entered for the employee, and all claims against him were dismissed.

Won a 5 day hearing for a police chief charged with 17 counts of alleged misconduct and suspended for over 5 months by the town. All charges were dismissed, and the client returned to work.
