I have practiced Michigan No-Fault Law for 35 years. After representing insurance companies for the first five, I decided people need more help than corporations and transitioned to represent individuals who are hurt by a negligent driver and/or find themselves fighting against their own insurance company for the much needed benefits to help them get well and pay their bills while they are recovering.

I have been recognized by my peers as one of Michigan's "Super lawyers" in my area of specialty as well as listed as one of Michigan's "Top Attorneys" in the New York Times.

I am licenced in both Michigan and Ohio and maintain memberships to The American Bar Association; Michigan Bar Association and Grand Rapids Bar Association. I have argued before the Michigan Supreme Court, United States Sixth Circuit Court and am an active member in both the United States Eastern and Western District Courts.

I have been a frequent guest speaker to multiple health provider organizations affiliated with catastrophically injured people as well as a speaker/contributer to The No-Fault institute of Michigan.

My sub-specialty involves the complex claims process relative to obtaining modified homes/vehicles for catastrophically injured adults and children as well as insuring the attendant care/replacement service benefits are paid to these vulnerable individules and their families.
