On two separate property issues will gross was innatentive at one point forgetting to inform me of a court appearance i was expected to be at. He literally gave the opposing council everything that they wanted and agreed to negotiate on my behalf after the trial was postponed, the catch is he didn't... tell me any of this and it was directly against my direct guidance. Ended up having 2 other attorneys work tirelessly to try and fix everything will totally screwed up. All the while will kept saying he could get the ball across the goal line even though every time he talked to opposing council he made things much much worse.

Went to Will hoping he could help me in a dire situation. A few weeks later I reached out to Will for an update, but he had done little to nothing. I was quite upset given the lack of action by Will during a need for urgency. I then filed a complaint with the state of Michigan financial services an...d they were able to resolve the issue within a few weeks . The complaint was free and much more productive for my situation.
