I hired Mark Carl lahti to work on the new mortgage I was about to sign in my building. I met Mark Carl lahti and attorney Borman to discuss the intricate details of the lease I was presented. They assured me they would negotiate a great deal for me. 3 months later they told me to sign what they ne...gotiated and they said it was perfect so I did. It is a year later and I just realized the lease was an adjustable which they never told me it would be by this firm. I am not satisfied and a bit upset on such a critical term. I am paying $1,000 more a month than I thought I would and it will keep going up.

I met Attorney Lahti to discuss a simple real estate matter. Attorney Borman was at the meeting and many meetings. I paid them their high fee because they promised they could win in court and I would receive a favorable ruling. Nothing could be farther from the truth . The representation I receiv...ed was weak and the arguments presented in court were not very good. I lost my case and I would not use this firm again
