If your are having trouble in family law , I strongly suggest that you give david a call. I am a father of a 9yr. old girl and my ex . moved and took my daughter to MI . I live in OH. My ex was making it very difficult for me to see my daughter even though I had a court order and a parenting plan.... I went to numerous hearings without a attorney, and even though I felt I did'nt need a lawyer, I felt anyone with common sense could see that I was being wronged by my ex. I always ended up leaving the court with the short end of the stick. Once I hired Mr. Mcfarland , what a difference, he got my support lowered and was able to get me more time with my child. Now my ex. one month later is not complying with court order. David has filed and prepared papers above and beyond what I thought was possible and is taking her back to court.. I had a deputy come to my front door and tell me that I had 48 hrs to pay on my debt or my assets would be seized and sold towards my debt. I called Mr. McFarlands office that same day and made an appointment. He explained the process of a chapter 7 bankruptcy and answered all of my questions. I d...ecided to retain him and dropped off all of my required paperwork the following day. I discussed some of my concerns and he addressed them all for me. Within 4 days I had a date for my bankruptcy case to be heard by the trustees. Mr. McFarland called me the afternoon before I was to appear in court and discussed with me what to expect while I was there.
