David promised that he would get my divorce and mine and my children's belongings beds dressers clothes car but as soon as my husband got a lawyer 10 months after I hired David and never had one court session he proceeded to tell me just give up he won't fit john glazer unless I give him 4 to 5 thous...and dollars more a year has gone by not one child support alimony check received not one toy or clothing give to my children and myself. I found my husband john and David having meetings without my knowledge do waste your time

If your are having trouble in family law , I strongly suggest that you give david a call. I am a father of a 9yr. old girl and my ex . moved and took my daughter to MI . I live in OH. My ex was making it very difficult for me to see my daughter even though I had a court order and a parenting plan.... I went to numerous hearings without a attorney, and even though I felt I did'nt need a lawyer, I felt anyone with common sense could see that I was being wronged by my ex. I always ended up leaving the court with the short end of the stick. Once I hired Mr. Mcfarland , what a difference, he got my support lowered and was able to get me more time with my child. Now my ex. one month later is not complying with court order. David has filed and prepared papers above and beyond what I thought was possible and is taking her back to court.. I had a deputy come to my front door and tell me that I had 48 hrs to pay on my debt or my assets would be seized and sold towards my debt. I called Mr. McFarlands office that same day and made an appointment. He explained the process of a chapter 7 bankruptcy and answered all of my questions.
