I would like to take this opportunity to discuss why I became an attorney. I wanted to be an attorney since I was in 2nd grade. I loved learning the rules and their boundaries. As I grew up to be a mother of 3 daughters and 1 son, I learned how important it was to understand procedural processes with special education, estate planning and many other systems that other crazy unexpected situations life may bring you through. I enjoy helping my clients get through these crazy unexpected life experiences - sometimes this involves preplanning and sometimes it involves quick action as the unexpected occurs. I named my firm "The Next Steps Law Firm, PLC" because my motto is helping people to achieve the next steps to moving forward.
