Philip B. Navarre

Phillip Navarre is an excellent attorney he helped me with a PPO order and what I liked the most about him is that he said I work for you and he really did do all the footwork I really did not have to do anything when we had the hearing I did not even have to say one word he had all his information t...ogether and his line of questioning is insane I actually really liked seeing him in action needless to say the PPO was terminated and I am a very happy client and I will be using him again for any of my legal needs that he can help out with. He is a very nice guy and he is good in my book.

I hired Mr. Navarre over 10yrs ago and will not do anything court related without him. He is an excellent attorney, makes people feel safe from intimidation in those cases where there is such. He is very compassionate and cares about his clients, their children and everyone's overall wellbeing. My mo...st recent case was june 2nd 2020 and he was quick, efficient, knew the law and got the job done rightfully so. I've had some challenging cases in the past and my husband as well. Custody cases have been won by my husband with Navarre's knowledge and expertise. I also know other men that have won their divorce/custody cases with Navarre by their side. He truly stands for what is in the best interest of the children and represents this in a court room in a very honest and professional manner. Worth every penny and I cannot recommend a better attorney!

Do not hire Philip Navarre. He will take your money and have ZERO contact with you, then charge more at the end. We hired him in June 2018 for a court date in October 2018. During this time, we had no communication with him. He failed to send us documents pertinent to the case. We had to ask him fo...r them a week before court and found out the opposing attorney sent them to him months prior. He is not strong in defense. He does not come prepared or well posed. He pauses, stutters, repeats himself, rambles and, in my case, considered nothing I discussed with him in the scheme of fighting for me. In 4 months, I received 2 emails, had one phone call abour the missing documents, one phone call about how the hearing went (civil case) and then received a letter saying he wants $250 more (already paid him $4000). His contract calls for $20 per month late fee and 7% interest if not paid. You would just as well, if not better, representing yourself. Philip Navarre is not a good attorney.

He charged me nearly $10,000 to get a simple divorce!!! He informed me that since there were no children involved and it was just a matter of dividing possessions, then it would be easy to get the information together and make a proposal. I had to do all that myself. He said it would be over in abo...ut 6 months and cost about $5,500.00. He asked for the fee upfront. I paid him. He met with the judge and other attorney and a court date was set for July. The court date has been delayed twice and it is now November. He has just started his preparation which, you would think, should have been done 6 months ago. Now he wants another $4,500.00. To do what ??? What should have been done and over with 6 months ago?!?!? He would not return my calls and when he did he would talk about Philosophy, politics, other cases he had and would make promises to do this and do that but didn't follow through and wouldn't call me back. I am not looking forward to the court date, if and when it gets here. I am afraid he is not going to help me much and I will lose my soul.
