This guy was in charge of my case, it was a latent elderly abuse case with my grandparent. The staff had a whistle-blower on hand. The whistle blower knew extensive pieces of information about the exact injury of my grandfather and had given dates. This should have been an in and out slam dunk case.... He went and talked my grandfather into making him sign power of attorney for him when he KNEW he was senile. He let these people abused my grandfather pay his medical bill, with no criminal or civil punishments. And then himself dded a gag order so no one could legally talk about it. and appoint him as his guardian so that my grandfathers SSI was given over to him and drained his whole account for stuff he never really got. This man made sure to move my grandfather to a worse place then before and use 45% of his income to pay his bils.
