Joseph M. Fletcher

Attorney Fletcher represented my defense in an OWI 1st case and performed his duties to the letter. I had a major accident and although this was a 1st offence, the case was not an easy or simple one. I did not have any other contacts in MI at the time that I could turn to for help or advice. Mr. Fletcher went out of his way in not only taking on the legal aspects of the case, but also connecting with me frequently to address my concerns and questions throughout the 3+ month process. I deeply regret deciding to drive that night, and Mr. Fletcher's assistance facilitated a second chance for me. Had I retained a less capable and caring attorney, I would likely have not been able to make the improvements in my life that I have made since the case as I would likely have incurred far greater and longer-running penalties. I am very fortunate to have reached the outcome that I did in that case, and will not forget the help that Mr. Fletcher provided. Thankfully, no one was injured and I lived to learn from my mistake and will never endanger others in the same reckless manner again.
