She the court appointed for my nephew in a CPS case… he could loose his children…she’s no help at all…almost like she’s working for the other side… she use to be a CPS worker herself so she’s friends with the CPS workers… she never objects to anything… she don’t speak up… she goes along with either w...hatever… my nephew had a question…the judge acknowledged he was trying to speak…Erin was like “I don’t know what for”. She literally don’t care… she never returns call until just before the court date… she don’t bring up in court nothing discussed prior… please don’t use here or you will loose your kids… pay for your own representation.. it’s worth it and it don’t cost as much as you think… we fired her!!

She was my public defended in my cps case and she didn't not represent me or my best interest she wouldn't contact me back when I would reach out to her and the only time I talked to her is not even 5 minutes before having to be in the courtroom she wouldn't speak up for me when I thought it was nece...ssary. When my kids attorney was badgering me when I was on the Stand she wouldn't even object to that. I lost my kids because of her poorly defending me if thats what you even want to call it

We had met with Ms. Jansen for a family court matter and she held great promise but the matter ended up being resolved without going to court. Four months later we receive a bill of 313.00 for a consultation that we were told was free. They never once said it was only free if we utilized their servi...ce. So beware of this crooked firm.
