I was referred to him through word of mouth recommendation. Turned out to be a bad idea. He seemed interested in my case... until I paid my retainer. Once paid, he disappeared. I agreed for him to represent me, and he pulled the bait and switch. I paid top dollar for him, not his straight out of law school partner. In the end, they were no help whatsoever. It seemed like he didn't really care about my case, and his higher profile cases were more important. It was just another dollar for him. He could have at least acted like he was interested. The outcome of the case was worse than if I had handled everything myself. He put off working on my case until the night before. Had he kept up with it, he would have gathered important information long before hand, and the outcome would have been totally different.
