I am 100 percent pleased with the service and urgency from Colin Banyon and his collaboratives in office! This law firm will be number 1 on my list for future matters, and probably the only on my list. Again, wonderful, friendly staff in office as well. During the process I was very stressed out and ...at the same time felt confident in Mr. Banyon. He represented and supported me very well.

I Hired Colin to help in a serious matter for help with guardianship for my special needs young adult son. He was hired only 2 days as I fired him very quick after there was inaction and no proof of filing or drafting of any documents .I put down $5000 retainer which he charged me $3000 for two days ...of work. !! At the time right after I fired Colin I asked for all documents - Absolutely zero proof of filings or anything with court stamps and couldn’t even provide anything that was drafted. Only under threat of complaint and a year later did he provide documentation for my case which I believe he created only to avoid disciplinary action . He was rude, argumentative to me his client , extremely ineffective and I am out $3000 for my special needs kid and nothing to show for it ! One last thought I have is , does this man have any remorse?!

Colin without a doubt is a life saver, he fought for my family as if it were his own, never gave up, and always kept that " we've got this" attitude. Forever grateful for Colin, best choice i ever made, if you want to never feel alone and actually have someone who cares about you and your case, Mr.Ba...nyon is the one to go to!!

I have hired Colin multiple times and he has ALWAYS came through and dominated in the court room. He is very good at what he does. He is very informative and honest. Unlike most lawyers he doesn’t sell you a dream but instead keeps things realistic, tells me what to expect and takes his job very seri...ously. Colin's "pitbull" approach is a one size fits all mess. He has no nuance or finesse. He handled my case like he was trying to cut a piece of paper with a chain saw. The result was that he really had no control over my case and I was worse off for it. I did not get the outcome I needed and that wi...ll follow me and my family for the rest of my life.
