The Lawyer is a very nice individual. Very kind and helpful. However, the office staff is another thing. Not at all professional, kind or helpful. Not very nowledgeable about current issues regarding the case, and seems not to want to go outside the box to be at all helpful. But Mr. Norlander hi...mself is a great guy..

When I called the first time I was charged $50 for the consult. I was told the fee for a rental agreement would be approximately $300.00. A few days later I received the paperwork via e-mail & one of the main forms had someone else's name on it. I sent it back & it was fixed & returned to me. It appe...ars this form was some standard blank form that has pertinent data filling in the blanks. The same thing I could get on the internet. At the completion of this my credit card was charged $400.00, not $300.00.
