Extremely knowledegable

Gary has been my go-to as a starting point for almost all of my legal problems. He's been able to answer any questions I may have concerning my real estate decisions, or what general direction I need to proceed with other concerns.

Unresponsive

In the middle of representing me I was left hanging with no further response on an eviction proceeding. I tried emails, texts & voice messages to now avail. All costing me time & lost rents.

Very poor client skills, very unprofessional, hostile attitude

Referred to Gary Apps through employee benefits of LegalAccess and LifeMatters. When Gary answered the telephone, he was in line in a grocery store in the middle of the afternoon and rudely finished his grocery checkout with me on the telephone instead of calling me back. He then rudely barked a fe...w questions at me, constantly talked over me, was very condescending, and refused to listen to the facts of the case. Despite telling him the crux of the issues at dispute, he interrupted such that I could not even give him the most critical information. He bluntly told me that he would not take the case and to call LegalAccess to go get some other attorney. I suggest that anyone go to another attorney and certainly not Gary Apps. He didn't seem knowledgeable, but more so didn't seem interested in even listening to my description of the case. Very bad lawyer.

Professional, Prompt, and Reasonable

I have worked with Gary for 10 years. He is a constant professional. He has managed properties, handled evictions, and then collected past due funds. As it related to real-estate Gary can run the process from cradle to grave. He is very realistic with expectations and outcomes and has only charged me... when a case truly had merit. While he is a gifted attorney he lacks the arrogance and ego-centric attributes I find in many attorneys. His focus on charity and the well being of others is refreshing, we need more attorneys like Gary.

Great guy!

He was very honest with me and helped me win my "eviction" case. My landlord was a creep and Gary was very knowledgeable about the landlord-tenant laws. I would and HAVE referred him to many people. I actually need to contact him again for advice, thus how I found this page.
