Gary E. Apps

IFray Apps was not up front with me an dhe wasted my time and money. The guy is one of the nicest guys one moment. He then can turn into a rude abrasive unprofessional person the next. He does not return phone calls, he is slow on getting things done and I do not want an attorney that does not res...pect people.

Referred to Gary Apps through employee benefits of LegalAccess and LifeMatters. When Gary answered the telephone, he was in line in a grocery store in the middle of the afternoon and rudely finished his grocery checkout with me on the telephone instead of calling me back. He then rudely barked a fe...w questions at me, constantly talked over me, was very condescending, and refused to listen to the facts of the case. Despite telling him the crux of the issues at dispute, he interrupted such that I could not even give him the most critical information. He bluntly told me that he would not take the case and to call LegalAccess to go get some other attorney. I suggest that anyone go to another attorney and certainly not Gary Apps. He didn't seem knowledgeable, but more so didn't seem interested in even listening to my description of the case. Very bad lawyer.
