You can not sue someone in Small Claims Court in CO if they do not live, do business in, or can be served with papers in CO. You would have to sue...

Hire an attorney and sue him. Only a landlord can evict you. A fellow roommate can not.

My colleagues are correct. Hire an attorney familiar with landlord/tenant law and sue the landlord
