Sara E.D. Fazio

Sara never properly explained to us what was needed and when. We were not prepared as to how our court case would proceed. She and her assistant forgot to have papers served, until I reminded them at the last minute, and then they neglected to tell me the hearing date. Sara and her assistant clearly ...and repeatedly failed me while charging an unfair fortune.

Sara is very short with her clients and lacks in helping her clients understand and be updated on the case. She expects expert based fees with sub par work that is far below standard practices. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone as she is eager to take your money with little to no effort o...n your case. What a disservice this attorney gives her clients. She is rude, condescending and very crass. You can do much better with someone else that charges way less than the near $400 per hour she charges. When asked to excuse herself from my case she continued to accept calls and bill me for it instead referring to my new attorney that is a partner in her firm.

I have worked with Sara on three separate occasions. Legal work is never fun but when you work with Sara you know you are in good hands. She is very smart and well respected by her colleagues. She is quite tenacious but doesn't come off like a pit bull. We were in an 18 hour mediation and I can't... even begin to know how she was able to be clear minded and thorough enough to get me the best possible outcome at the end of that long day. She communicates very well and won't blow unwarranted sunshine to clients hoping for positive outcomes. If you need legal work, I highly represent Sara E.D. Fazio.
