Absolutely Amazing

I have been a client of Alane Family law for several years now. They are not only highly educated and incredibly professional but they are compassionate and understanding. They have this tenacity to fight for their clients and justice that inspiring. Natalie and Eric quite literally saved my family.... I don’t know where we’d be without Alane Family Law and I am eternally grateful to them.

Best decision we ever made!!!!

We hired Natalie to handle our extremely serious, highly detailed custody case. Not only did she make us feel like we were her only case but she treated us like family!! She feels so strongly about her cases that you are immediately put at ease knowing that this woman is going to put everything she...'s got into getting you what you want and need. She is always available when you need her and keeps you in the loop as things change. She is laid-back but extremely professional. Natalie made our hugely stressful case tremendously easier on us. We all know lawyers cost money, this woman is worth every penny and more!!!

Worst Mistake Ever!

This attorney charged a very high rate and delivered a very low outcome. Did not take the time to inform me properly of the process, and options. My children and I were in an abusive situation and this attorney did not help us to get out of it. We had options that Ms. Alane could have offered our ...family, but she chose to question and humiliate her client during a very traumatic situation. She is not prepared to litigate when the Collaborative Process is not an option.

Professional, Honest, Compassionate, and Diligent

Natalie was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had been going through issues with my child's mother for years. Issues such as horrible school attendance, domestic abuse, her drinking issues, etc. I tried speaking to my son's mother directly but the issues got so bad that I was forced to look into g...etting the courts involved. As I was searching for lawyers, a very respectable person in the Lansing area recommended Natalie. From the moment I called her office I was instantly overwhelmed by the level of professionalism her staff exudes. When I came in for a consultation, the office and staff members were very warm, welcoming and friendly. Natalie listened to all of my issues and was ready to go to work for me that minute. I felt the confidence in her voice and I felt very comfortable with her during our one hour conversation. However, being a college student I was turned away by the amount of money I would have to pay for her counsel. After I left her office, I tried a few other lawyers in the area. NONE of them had the same level of professionalism, nor seemed to care much about the issues my son and I were going through. According to them, it wasn't enough to be granted full custody as there were "worse situations" that my son could be in and they were very discouraging. In my heart, I knew that my son deserved better than what he was getting and I needed to be represented by someone who thought the same. So I asked my family to help me out financially and I ran back to Natalie. ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I'VE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE!!! Natalie and her staff immediately jumped into action for me. It felt as if she was fighting for her own son and not mine. EVERY single document (e.g. motions, objections, etc.) that she and her team drafted and submitted was flawless, impeccable and powerful in their wording. Their work clearly demonstrates that they know the law extremely well. My wife and I couldn’t have wished for a better firm to represent us. Natalie was able to present evidence in such a way that left me in awe every time we left a hearing. It was actually scary at times....but definitely in a good way. Most importantly, the underlying theme with Natalie is that she fights for YOU and will go to great lengths to do so! Because of Natalie and her staff, I was awarded full physical custody of my son and also was granted a change in domicile to leave the State of Michigan to take a job in Maryland. I highly recommend Natalie to anyone who is seeking a great attorney, someone who knows the law front and back, who is honest, compassionate and VERY good at what she does. To those of you who might be worried about the money, just remember the old saying: "You get what you pay for!" Natalie may be more expensive than some other lawyers in the area, but she is WELL worth it! I'm glad I asked for Natalie and her office to represent me and if I could go back and do it all over again, I would choose her 100 times out of 99. Excellent, excellent, excellent! Signed, One Happy Father

A Glowing Review

Natalie was the most competent professional I've ever worked with. She did an amazing job handling my case and was also a wonderful and supportive person throughout the whole process. She remembered all of the details of my case without prompting or reminders, I believe that she really cared about ...me and my child. Natalie was able to accomplish what other lawyers I saw said would be impossible. I couldn't give someone a higher recommendation than I would like to give to Natalie.
