Provide Clients with a place their family can turn to for guidance after a loved one passes away. Help people create an estate plan. Draft Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney Documents, and other estate planning documents. Review existing estate plans for sufficiency.

Represent commercial and residential landlords and tenants. Draft and review leases. Enforce leases. Represent parties in summary proceedings and breach of lease actions. Help landlords comply with the laws and set up their systems.

Protect people from fiduciaries, children, and caregivers who are taking advantage of them. Assist Clients with probate estate and trust administration after a loved one passes away. Assist Clients with getting appointed as Guardian and/or Conservator of disabled and incapacitated people. Assist with modification and termination of Guardianship and Conservatorships.
