Ms. Casey gave me terrible advice just to bill me for hours of unnecessary court proceedings. She recommended that I file a motion for sole legal custody of my children from my ex husband, and my ex husband was able to represent himself in court and defeat her. Ms. Casey stood idly by while I was c...alled as a witness and had to be cross examined by my ex husband. It was humiliating. In the end, the judge ended up siding with my ex husband, I ended up having my lifeline of child support cut by 15%, and I had a bill with a comma in it from Ms. Casey. She told me that she cornered my ex husband in the parking lot and attempted to bully him into giving in, but overall, she was ineffective in the courtroom and a waste of my time, money, and energy. Unprofessional, ineffective, waste of money.
