Kenneth V. Zichi

In March, 2025, I retained Mr. Zichi to represent me in a real estate transaction. He agreed to review the closing package on my behalf, and to prepare and file a "Lady Bird" deed for the property I was purchasing. For this service I paid him $300 in advance. Approximately two weeks prior to the clos...ing date of 4/21/2025, Mr. Zichi ceased all communication with me with no warning or explanation. I have tried numerous times to contact him via telephone and email. I even went to his office to try and catch him in person. Not only was I unable to see him, but the person who claimed to be the landlord at the office threatened to call the police if I didn't leave, This was completely unwarranted and left me befuddled. Not only did Mr. Zichi fail to deliver the services I paid him for, but he also is holding some important legal documents (will, power of attorney, etc...) which he had previously prepared for me. Based upon his performance and his complete lack of professional or ethical behavior, I wouldn't recommend Mr. Vichi for a lawn mowing job, let alone any legal representation.

I called Kenneth after being referred by another attorney. The issue concerned breaking a lease. We spoke for several minuets. He was very helpful, even though he was giving free advice. After our conversation, I had a clear understanding of what my next steps should be. I would (and expect to) hire ...him to represent me.

Kenneth's answers are the ones I read first. He is direct and to the point and knows what he is talking about. He says what needs to be said in an answer that is short and easy to understand.
