Timothy L. Hensick

I recently had the unfortunate passing of a family member, with not having a will in place I was lost on what to do. Tim was very knowledgeable and respectful during this hardship. He treated our case with sympathy while giving us the best way to go about our situation. I am appreciative of the help ...he has given me.

I went to Timothy Hensick for a pre-nuptial agreement. He used me as simply a cash cow. We met several times; way too many. One time, even though I think it was not legal, he met with both myself and my wife-to-be. Incredibly, after that meeting, he put not one thing we had discussed and agreed... on in the next draft. He made so many drafts, and made enough errors in each one so as to warrant another one, that by the end I just wanted to end the fund drainage. Eventually I took one of the drafts and rewrote it myself, and told him I accepted that draft. As if I needed to give him more money, he told me the document was only a "draft," wasn't 'finished,' and I had to come in and have him sign it. Laughable. I simply took what I had and went and had it notarized. Boy, did I get taken by him.
