If discovery says "no scratch, no bruise, no injury, no 911 call" and sister claimed "4 months PT, walker at sentencing" - that discov...ery PROVES she lied. If you never saw it, you couldn't make a knowing plea. MCR 6.302 requires judge to make sure you understand evidence against you. You can't if lawyer hides it. 2. Failure to investigate injury claim If victim says severe injury needing PT 3x week, lawyer must get medical records, photos, PT bills. If there are no records, no photos, no bruise - lawyer must file motion to dismiss, not tell you "bad look" to challenge your sister because you have mental disability. 3. Telling you not to challenge false claim because of your disability That's discrimination and coercion. Your mental disability doesn't mean you can't defend yourself. Lawyer cannot tell you to accept false injury claim because you "look bad." That's not legal advice, that's forcing a guilty plea. 4. Plea not knowing/intelligent/voluntary If you pled guilty without seeing discovery that contradicted victim, without understanding what discovery is (you said you didn't learn until May 2025), plea is invalid under People v Trakhtenberg and Strickland v Washington. She is corrupt, a liar and doesn't care about her clients.
