James is an exceptional attorney. Great communicator, kept promptly in touch with me throughout all our court proceedings. James served as assistant prosecutor for a number of years. He holds impressive relations with the Judges, prosecuters, and all the court personnell. He's very well organized..., speaks with confidence at the lectern, and is well versed with law. He cares about his clients personally. He has even checked in with me just to see how I'm doing after my case has concluded. James got me excellent results. Highly Recommend !!

I fired Mr. Metz after I realize that his representation of me was sloppy and ineffective. I I originally hired him for a third offense DWI that there was ample evidence that I was not even driving. Metz would not discuss case law with me and dismissed it with a condescending attitude of he knew best.... After two appearances in front of the judge where I was totally ill prepared by attorney Metz and given faulty advice I fired him. I hired a different attorney and the charges were promptly dismiss due to caselaw. The best decision I made was to fire Metz. He also stated to me in writing on two different occasions that I would receive a refund and six months later no refund. From my experiences I strongly advise you to not hire this attorney.
