HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY!
If you want a secretary to stand up for you, hire David Brauer. If you want a lawyer, go somewhere else. The secretary will say one thing, and David will call you back saying another. They are never on the same page. Like most lawyers, they overcharge - but David and his team are not trustworthy....
