I had this Attorney in 2002. He couldn't get my bonds set. After sitting in jail threw two hearings I talked to the judge myself. N got my bond finally. He couldn't even represent me right on the restitution hearing either. I finally took matters in my own hands. Represented myself n won in court. N ...found out in court that day that I plead guilty to something I never comitted n the police officer went to court n testified under oath I did nothing wrong. So now I'm marked for life with a permanent record n did two years for this offense also.. I myself feel that my opinion does matter n let the real proof be known!!!
