I agree with Mr. Dickstein this smells very bad and it appears someone is keeping something from you.
unfortunately there is not a way for you to get your license back without jumping through all the hoops. your situation sounds like it may be one...
if the boxes are checked they're not part of the order and therefore I don't believe your order to pay them.
at 17 you're still considered a minor but in reality who's going to go chase down a 17 year old to bring them back to Michigan
2 years is the max. it appears you've been sentenced already so with drying your guilty plea would be extremely hard to do. I think you're stuck.
